Our TROY pro-style dumbbells are meticulously pre-assembled by our team to ensure they meet the rigorous standards for heavy-duty, commercial use. Each dumbbell features larger, steel alloy bolts that are both longer and stronger than those of competing brands. The PFDC-C dumbbells come equipped with 32mm contoured handles and deep-set knurling for optimal performance, along with premium grade, black textured, machined plates. The steel chrome end caps are branded with the TROY name and numbered tags for easy identification. These dumbbells are available in 2.5 lb increments starting at 5 lbs, going up to 52.5 lbs, and in 5 lb increments from 55 lbs up to 150 lbs.

      Order Confirmation:

      As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation
      e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and
      pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.


      As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that
      your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item
      is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and
      reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be
      made.


      If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business
      days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your
      order for shipment.

      Order Shipment:

      If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it
      will ship within three to five business days from the date of your order.

      We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order
      leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when
      checking out.

      If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business

      International Orders:

      We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers when we can.  Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide
      an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

      If you are happy with our shipping quote, we will prepare an order and

      Damages:

      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you
      notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery
      or do not agree to accept the delivery.

      If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos
      using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or
      products inside the packaging. 

      If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@dumbbellsdirect.com, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

      Bumps on the dumbbell black plates

      I recieved the Troy black plate dumbbells and opened the box and examined the dumbbells and I noticed that the black plates had tiny bumps on it I don’t know how else to explain it but I wasn’t happy with the dumbbells But the chrome end caps are very beautiful and the handles are of good quality anyway I talked with Steve who was working with me made it right more than I expected Steve charged me less than half the price for the hammertone finish plated Troy dumbbells which I’m still waiting for getting to the point Steve and Dumbbells direct gave me fantastic customer service I will be telling people who are in the market for purchasing dumbbells about how great Dumbbells direct are!!       Bumps on the dumbbell black plates

      I recieved the Troy black plate dumbbells and opened the box and examined the dumbbells and I noticed that the black plates had tiny bumps on it I don’t know how else to explain it but I wasn’t happy with the dumbbells But the chrome end caps are very beautiful and the handles are of good quality anyway I talked with Steve who was working with me made it right more than I expected Steve charged me less than half the price for the hammertone finish plated Troy dumbbells which I’m still waiting for getting to the point Steve and Dumbbells direct gave me fantastic customer service I will be telling people who are in the market for purchasing dumbbells about how great Dumbbells direct are!!
