I love Body solid Dumbbell handles! They are very well made because according to Body Solid the Handle is Drop Forged steel! Wich makes the steel a lot stronger and more durable how I know this because I had metals Class in High School and the Teacher showed me and my class mates anyway he the teacher took a steel bar and cut through the bar with a hack saw and then grabbed another steel bar and put it through very hot furnace until it got so hot that it turned an Orange color and then cooled it down with cold water and then tried to cut it with a Hacksaw and was impossible to cut the steel Bar!! We purchased dumbbells from the site after they went out of stock on Amazon. We will ALWAYS purchase from the website going forward.
About a week after we bought them, we got a call of a staff member, informing us that there was a back order of the dumbbells, and that it would be about a month or two before we would get our order, but that if we didn’t want to wait, they would issue us a full refund, and a coupon for if we ever decided to order again from the site. We decided to wait, as we wanted all our dumbbells to match. About a month went by, and I sent an email just to follow up, I received an email a day later, saying they would look into our order and email us back within a week.
Two days later, we got a call that our order was ready to ship and wanted to confirm our address, just to make sure nothing changed, we did and all was great.

Then, they day they were supposed to arrive, we get an email from FedEx saying there was a problem with the delivery, saying that the address was incorrect. I was at work, and was going to check the issue when I got home and in front of a computer (you can only do so much on a cell phone) Not an hour later, I get a call from customer service, they had been informed that there was an issue with delivery, they wanted to confirm our address, and I did. I also mentioned that this happens sometimes, if it’s a new driver to the area, delivery people will sometimes try to deliver my apartment’s deliveries to the condos next door, and they’re gated. And I told him I think that’s what happen. The man on the phone took note of that, and said he would call FedEx himself and get it straightened out. He did. And we got our dumbbells the next day AND a phone call just to make sure they arrived safely and undamaged.

In a day and age where good customer service is rare, this company knows how to do it right. They’ve gotten customers for life from us.

Pricing was great on York Legacy Plates. Package arrived without damage which is rare for 45’s. Shipping was a tad slow but overall great experience.

Excellent customer service. Ordered the wrong shape barbells by mistake (round instead of hex). They looked at the barbell I ordered previously, saw it was hex, whereas the new ones I ordered were round and a mismatch -- they reached out to me by phone and email to make sure I didn't make a mistake. First of all, I am amazed at how well they packaged up my order! I didn’t know what to expect, especially since they were putting together the dumbbells and then shipping them. Everything arrived in great condition and on a pallet that was delivered right into my garage. From the time I placed the order until shipping was within a couple days, which was great. Dumbbell are awesome looking and the 3 tier stand looks great! I will be ordering again to complete the next weight range. Great customer service, great experience, and I’ll continue doing business with Dumbbells direct.

I generally buy American made, however i made an exception on these plates. These plates are uber fantastic, well made and machined right. The weights are accurate and they look PRETTY! So i do 100% recommend these plates. Even though they are made in china.

Good value and quality.
55lbs bar which is far superior than the traditional 20lbs Axel bars.
Knurling is light but a bonus—most Axel bars are smooth. Just chalk up.
Rotating sleeves is unique and has a more natural feel if that is what you desire.
I use this bar exclusively for bench, close grip bench, JM or Skull crushers and military press.

It is nice bar and great addition to a garage gym.

This Slabt board is built like a tank. I am 2:30 and do RDLs on this with another 220. The thing is solid. The previous two wood boards broke. This thing is built to last!

Dumbbells are amazing. So is the rack. The delivery driver was extremely rude and refused to push the trolly 10 more feet into the space. He dumped it on the street. The female client begged him as it’s too heavy to move and he refused.

I love this bar. I do. That being said my rogue deep dish plates do not fit on one side of the bar. They got stuck and I had to pry it off hitting it with another plate. Again I love the dimensions of the bar but it just wouldn’t fit the rogue deep dish plates.

I ordered the York dumbbell weights set. UPS had trouble delivering it to me, but customer service at York contacted them, and made sure that my package came. this particular weight that I look for in several places and couldn’t find it the old-school way set with the plastic casing York, was the only one that I know of who had them five stars thanks.
