In the current market, there are very few olympic machined plates that can be found for a better price than these Troy's with comparable quality. Dumbbellsdirect is the only supplier I've come across selling them in pairs without a $1000 minimum order requirement.

Quick overview of the plates:
- True 450mm Olympic diameter - important for pulls from the floor
- Tight center diameter - less slop on the bar than most non-machined plates
- Fairly thin 1.5'' thickness
- All plates were within the stated 2% weight tolerance
- Decent enough machining and paint finish

They are not the nicest plates out there, but with all things considered the price is bordering on unbeatable. Very happy with my purchase!
