The bar is well made as far how it was manufactured but poorly engineered.It is very limited in how many different hand positions are available when using it.The grip handles do not rotate in a 360 but rather only a quarter turn in each direction.I definitely would not recommend anyone purchasing the Supra Curl Bar..
