I love Body solid Dumbbell handles! They are very well made because according to Body Solid the Handle is Drop Forged steel! Wich makes the steel a lot stronger and more durable how I know this because I had metals Class in High School and the Teacher showed me and my class mates anyway he the teacher took a steel bar and cut through the bar with a hack saw and then grabbed another steel bar and put it through very hot furnace until it got so hot that it turned an Orange color and then cooled it down with cold water and then tried to cut it with a Hacksaw and was impossible to cut the steel Bar!!
