I generally buy American made, however i made an exception on these plates. These plates are uber fantastic, well made and machined right. The weights are accurate and they look PRETTY! So i do 100% recommend these plates. Even though they are made in china.
Good value and quality.
55lbs bar which is far superior than the traditional 20lbs Axel bars.
Knurling is light but a bonus—most Axel bars are smooth. Just chalk up.
Rotating sleeves is unique and has a more natural feel if that is what you desire.
I use this bar exclusively for bench, close grip bench, JM or Skull crushers and military press.
It is nice bar and great addition to a garage gym.

I highly recommend spending a little extra to get a good quality heavy Axel bar like the York Extreme Axel Bar.
This Slabt board is built like a tank. I am 2:30 and do RDLs on this with another 220. The thing is solid. The previous two wood boards broke. This thing is built to last!
