YORK 7′ International Black Oxide Weight Bar, 32 mm | 32120

The YORK® Black Oxide International Weight Bars feature a sleek black oxide coating and hard chrome sleeves, making them visually striking. The black oxide finish provides an aggressive grip, while the bar is constructed from steel made in the USA with a minimum tensile strength of 175,000.

This bar is less flexible and more rigid, making it ideal for static, controlled movements such as squats, chest presses, and deadlifts. It’s also great for Olympic lifting training. The sleeves are secured with a bar end nut and spring pin, and they are precisely machined to a 1.975” diameter to fit 2” Olympic plates.
