Excellent Service

Everything was packaged well, and arrived quicker than anticipated. Product seems well made, I have no doubt this set will outlast me. Unsurprisingly, there is a strong rubber odor but it seems to be much better after just a week, and I think it will mostly go away in a few weeks. The only part of the transaction that could have been better, is if I had received an email letting me know that my order was delayed. I reached out to support and within an hour or so, received multiple emails and a call, on a Sunday. This was a very large purchase for me and so I was nervous about the company, but I can happily say they are real, and I'd order from them again in the future without hesitation.

Late but great!

My dumbbells were quite delayed. Par for the covid course, I guess. But I love them! Great quality. Customer service, namely Jessa, was awesome throughout. They kept me informed and promptly responded to my questions. They even shipped half my order as soon as it was ready, so I didn’t have to wait longer. Highly recommend!

Product has yet to arrive. Very disappointed.

I purchased the dumbbells 108 days ago. After multiple attempts to get updates I’m filled with broken promises that it will arrive. I paid $3,895.00 months ago and it appears to be a loss with the intentions of using the dumbbells. Communication goes a long way and the lack of it brought on this review. Do better. PLEASE.
