Body Solid PRO SELECT BICEP TRICEP with 210LB STACK |  GCBT-STK

This innovative cam design offers dual functionality at a single price. The bicep-tricep machine boasts extensive adjustability, with a 7-position seat adjustment and 28 starting positions, ensuring a full range of motion. The bicep curl mechanism pivots and rotates to match forearm length while minimizing wrist strain. The arm stabilization pad is angled at 30 degrees to ensure proper joint alignment without putting pressure on the elbow. To switch between exercises, simply pull the large pop pin to lower the lifting arm, then grip the rotating v-bar handle for the bicep curl. For the tricep pressdown, adjust the lifting arm upward and lock it into place.

notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery
