I recently purchased my second Troy Supra Curl Bar from Dumbells Direct. One can be used with plates, and the other is attachable to a cable. Love these bars! I’ve never found anything better for muscle isolation. Both Supra Bars arrived quickly, and in good condition.
Delivery was fast and the products were just as described.

This was a great purchase and worth the money. You have different variations you can do by changing seat height. The option to use both arms or one arm at a time adds more options. It is well built and highly recommend!!!
