This was a great purchase and worth the money. You have different variations you can do by changing seat height. The option to use both arms or one arm at a time adds more options. It is well built and highly recommend!!!
This is great for my cable machine. The build is sturdy and bearings smooth. It allows me to do hammer biceps curls, triceps pushdowns, and triceps overhead extensions without any strain on the wrists. Also allows for twisting biceps curls without having to use dumbbells.
Great quality dumbell
This is my favorite cable attachment. High quality, durable. It is the best attachment ever designed for triceps. The packaging was humorously overkill, but I do appreciate how well they package their shipments. Definitely will buy products from this company in the future.
