Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@dumbbellsdirect.com.


Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@dumbbellsdirect.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Cancellations:

Any order that is canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees.




All returns must have an RA# which, if eligible, we can provide via email, once we have all the required information. This RA# email will have all the proper return instructions. Please forward your request to info@dumbbellsdirect.com

For over a decade, our VTX 8 sided, rubber encased dumbbell has been the go to choice of institutional dealers nationwide because of its rugged design and enduring performance. Our deluxe 2-tier horizontal dumbbell rack will store a full 10 pair run of VTX dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs. to 50lbs.  This rack is made of 12-gauge heavy duty 2” x 2” tubing and designed for home use but can be used in commercial applications.

Great quality dumbbell set!

Totally worth the delayed shipping due to high demand for these dumbbells. Delivery had no damage to rack and it was easy to assemble for the weights. High gym quality dumbbells. Also great customer service when I had questions about my order.

Pandemic dumbells

It was nearly impossible to get dumbells. Most sites would not even let you add them to your cart because clearly the pandemic had people buying them up and suppliers couldn’t get them in fast enough. But I was able to at least order these ones. They were months out on shipping but dumbells direct shipped them piece by piece as they became available so I was able to utilize them prior to having my entire order. Customer service also communicated every step of the way. So for the situation we are all in DD was excellent to work with.
