Grip Plate Review

Love the versatility of these plates. We use them for Olympic lifts and the grip handles allows us to also do a carry series as well.

5 pound dumbbell

The dumbbell plate surface is smaller than I expected; ones that uses at the fitness center are wider. It is also very expensive. One, not pair, is $99.
Such price is too extremely high.

Thanks for taking our phone call regarding the dumbbell. I'm sorry the 5lb Troy 12-sided urethane dumbbell was not the same diameter as the Life Fitness dumbbell you used at your fitness center. I understand that you want to use the 5lb dumbbell for leg raises and it is not working for you. We will gladly help you process a return.
